How to Check Your Item's Warehouse Arrival Status on LoongBuy

After your seller ships your items to the LoongBuy consolidation warehouse, tracking its journey is straightforward. Follow this guide to monitor progress, confirm safe arrival, and receive your Quality Control (QC) photos.

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard

Log in to your LoongBuy account. Your main Dashboard"My Parcels"

  • Look for the specific order where the seller has provided a domestic tracking number.
  • Its status will typically be "Shipped to Warehouse"

Step 2: Interpret Domestic Tracking

Click on the order or tracking number link within your dashboard. This domestic tracking details the parcel's journey within the seller's country to our warehouse.

  • Key Statuses to Look For:
    • "Accepted" / "Picked Up":
    • "In Transit":
    • "Arrived at Destination":
    • "Out for Delivery":
    • "Delivered":The most important update.

Please allow 24-48 hours

Step 3: Confirm Warehouse Arrival in Your Account

Once our warehouse staff scans your delivered parcel into our system, your dashboard will update automatically.

  • The order status will change to "Arrived at Warehouse""Storage".
  • You will see a new notification or alert in your account.
  • The item will now appear in your "My Warehouse"

Step 4: Receive & Review QC Photos

After processing, LoongBuy provides free Quality Control (QC) photos

  • These photos are accessible in your dashboard under the specific item in "My Warehouse".
  • Typically, you will receive 2-4 photos showing:
    • An overview of the item.
    • Close-ups of details, tags, or labels.
    • Any visible flaws (for transparency).
  • Review these photos carefully

What's Next?

After confirming your QC photos:

  1. Go to "My Warehouse".
  2. Select items to "Create a Parcel"
  3. Declare value, choose shipping lines, pay the fee, and await your international tracking number!
